Working as part of the Heathrow Team, you will be responsible for completing routine maintenance inspections, servicing & general repairs. We will also commit to developing you further to increase your knowledge of our Brands to increase your earning potential and skillset.
You will be able to increase your pay as you gain more experience and develop your skills, attend training and learn more about our brands.
- Basic Salary – paying up to £21 p/h – DOE.
- 40 hours per week Monday – Friday on early/late alternating rota. Late shift allowance paid in addition to basic hourly rate – £3,000 per annum.
- Overtime available – paid at 1 ½.
- Saturday Rota provides an additional £2,207 per annum – Working 5 hours every 3rd Saturday paid at Overtime – further hours usually available.
- Efficiency/Productivity bonus up to £6,000 per annum available on reaching targets (paid monthly)
- Hours: Monday to Friday alternating: 6am to 2.30pm and 2.00pm to 10.30pm (30 mins unpaid lunch)
- Weekends and outside of basic hours paid at Overtime Rate x 1.5
- Late shift payment paid on lates week – £25 per night (£3,000 per annum)
- Overalls, Uniform and PPE all supplied and updated

- Level 3 Qualification desired, however, we will consider time served applications over 5 years with proven experience
