Yes we do, it is often a successful solution for our clients when filling key positions. Usually the contractor spends three months on our books and then we transfer them to the client at no extra charge.

Currently most positions are captured within IR35 due the nature of the roles and the clients' requirements.

Yes we've now had multiple audits and we're proud to have achieved that status with support from the rail consultants at RAAS.

We ask for a recognised apprenticeship or Level Three NVQ as a minimum for our truck and bus personnel. Qualifications of oil & gas and rail contractors are all dependent on specific roles which our team assess on a case-by-case basis.

Yes, we are always looking to help our teams improve. We’re now offering specific courses for offshore personnel and we offer Personal Track Safety (PTS) training for rail our contractors.

Payroll depends on industry guidelines. Generally it’s weekly and we pride ourselves on paying on time, every time. We pay twice each month for offshore personnel due to the nature of rotations.
