As another year draws to an end, what challenges can we look forward to in 2022? This year has presented businesses with many challenges including the ongoing effects of the Brexit deal being implemented, IR35 came in to force during April, sending many contractors into a spin. Covid has had a massive impact, as we all know too well, and the threat continues as the calendar rolls into a new year. So, what are we to expect next year? A new PM? A new 007? If so what gender? (007 that is). Will Prince Harry come home? Maybe another European country will vote on leaving the EU……
The ongoing challenges in taxation for the contracting world will no doubt continue to be the hot topic in 2022, and we’ll all hopefully learn more as we move forwards. Our own business will continue to follow guidance from our valued advisors and of course our clients. Let’s not hope for the best, but indeed, let’s get it right.
